ISAPI Filters
ISAPI filters are programs that respond to events that occur on the server during the processing of an HTTP request.
Internet Information Services (ISS)
This refers to a service which is used to host the information over the internet.
ISA Server
Internet security and acceleration server designed to ensure all unwanted traffic from the internet is kept out of the organisation contains proxy server & web caching server and firewall. Versions ISA server 2000, 2004, 2006
Flavours of ISA SERVER
1) Standard edition – used if you deploy a single ISA server for a specific role that is proxy server or firewall
2) Enterprise Edition – used if you deploy multiple ISA servers in each role.
IP Address
Identifies the computer on the internet – represented by 4 part decimal for example 192.168.1.2
Infrastructure Master
Maintains and updates the universal group membership information. It is used for inter – domain operations.

Internet protocol provides solutions to printing documents on the World Wide Web
