Local Printer
A print queue on a system that is local to the user
Local Profile
A local user profile is created the first time you log on to a computer and is stored on a computers local hard disk. Any changes made to your local profile are specific to the computer on which you made the changes
Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LADP)
Based on TCP/IP layer. This is a standard extensible directory access protocol that is used by LDAP naming service clients and servers to communicate with each other.
Local Area Network (LAN)
This operates within a limited geographical location. Provides full time connectivity to local services.
